U388 Terms & Conditions – Rules & Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to u388 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Player", "Member", "you") and the u388 management operating the platform at u388.wine.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or simply browsing the u388 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms, conditions, policies and rules stated in this document and all supporting documents referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the u388 platform immediately. Your continued use of this platform following any terms update will be deemed full acceptance of those changes.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only ONE (1) active account on u388. Ownership of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Should we detect or receive information that a player holds more than one account, all accounts in question will be suspended immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and further action will be taken at u388's discretion.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your username and password. u388 recommends using a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings.
• Contact u388 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

U388 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. However, if you promptly report a compromised account, our team will take the appropriate protective measures without delay.

Deposit

U388 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no transaction fees are charged by u388 on standard deposits.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10.00 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is subject to your account level and chosen payment method.
• Deposit funds will be credited to the player's account within 1–5 minutes after the transaction is successfully confirmed.
• If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, players are required to contact customer support with proof of payment.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your u388 account are subject to a necessary review process to ensure the safety of all parties. Standard withdrawal processing time ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and your account verification status.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.00 per request.

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus awarded to a player carries wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any wins derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in a multiplier format (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated period, the bonus and any associated wins will be automatically forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category as specified in the respective promotion terms.
• U388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to abuse the u388 bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, low-risk betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or player collusion — will result in cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated wins, and possible permanent account suspension.

All games available on the u388 platform — including sports betting, live casino, online slots, fish shooting games, bingo, and esports — are subject to the following general rules:

• The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system. Any technical disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the incident.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game session, u388 will use saved system records to determine a fair outcome. Decisions reached through this method are final.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• U388 reserves the right to void bets or correct payout errors in the event of an obvious technical error in odds or payout configuration.
• Players are responsible for ensuring the validity of every wager placed before final confirmation.

Live Sports

For live Sports Betting, odds are subject to real-time changes based on match developments. Bets accepted at specific odds remain valid at those odds even if the odds change afterwards. u388 reserves the right to suspend certain betting markets during half-time, VAR reviews, or special situations requiring reassessment.

U388 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. As such, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including permanent account suspension:

• Using automation software, bots, or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using unauthorised payment methods or conducting transactions using credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the u388 platform to other users.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward u388 customer support staff.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing through this platform.

U388 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or terminate a player's account at any time where there is sufficient cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspicion that a player is using this platform for illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Unusual or suspicious wagering activity that requires further investigation.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player through the Responsible Gaming programme.

In cases of account suspension due to proven fraud, u388 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses in the account without any compensation. For suspensions pending investigation, legitimate funds will be returned once the investigation concludes and the player is found to be free of any violations.

Account Closure at Player's Request

Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting the u388 customer support team. Before closure is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

The u388 platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available". While we continually strive to keep the platform running smoothly and stably, u388 makes no absolute guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or delays.

U388 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, platform updates or factors beyond our control.
• Game outcomes determined based on inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any loss of opportunity, anticipated wins, or other intangible losses arising from use of the platform.

Under no circumstances shall u388's maximum liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

U388 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. Each time the terms are updated, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the latest update.

For material and significant changes, u388 will notify players via one or more of the following methods:
